Filing of Class Action against Gilbert Rozon

The non-profit association, Les Courageuses, filed an application for authorization to bring a class action on behalf of the victims of Gilbert Rozon.

The action seeks just compensation for the victims, as well as an award of truly punitive damages in order to not only punish the perpetrator and deter similar behavior, but to stress the intensity with which our society denounces such behavior.
