Atelier Zuhal Designs, Australia’s first organic textile art studio specializing in one-of-a-kind textile decorative art, today announced the availability of their eco-friendly interior design creations in The United States.

Using traditional Turkish felt techniques on certified organic Western Australian merino & alpaca material, Perth-based artist and designer Atelier Zuhal combines her love of nature, animals, and the vivid beauty of the Western Australia landscape to create unique, eco-conscious textile decorative art that can be used as a rug to embellish floor space or hung as a beautiful picture or mural to adorn wall space.

Zuhal’s rugs are felted, stitched and embroidered from luxury raw materials and fibers such as silk, alpaca & merino that have Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) certification, a recognized leading standard for quality assurance in organic textiles manufacturing in The World.

Since each stage–from processing to creative design–must be certified, Zuhal is only able to produce approximately 10 to 12 textile decorative art pieces a year making them rare and intricate, handmade works of art and design.
