The ingredients consist of organic buckwheat ramen noodles, white MisoSoya beans, rice culture, Aspergillus Oryzae) tamari, Edamame (green soya) beans, shallots, spring onions, mung bean sprouts, Ginger, Chilli, mushrooms, and salt.

To prepare the noodles, bring 2 cups (500ml) of water to a boil. Add the noodles. When the noodles unfold (after about one minute) stir with a fork while reducing heat and add the contents of the flavor sachet. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the noodles are just tender. Add chopped coriander, spring onions, or dried seaweed as a garnish before enjoying this wholesome dish.
