Besides the wealth of natural resources, manufacturers of raw materials for various businesses also live in the country. Neighboring nations with economies that are just as flourishing may also work on the advantage of businessmen.

Laws in Thailand, however, disallow expatriates to own a whole enterprise. They can invest in purchasing some stocks from a business or co-own a company with a local, but asserting full ownership of an enterprise isn't allowed from the Thailand.

This makes it impractical to buy commercial spaces in the country. But they have the choice to look for an office for rent in Thailand to appreciate the perks of having a staple place.

Note that searching for adequate a rented space could be somewhat daunting for overseas businessmen, particularly when they're targeting places within the business district area, provided that a large part of the prime spots are already purchased by locals. Most of the offices for rent are also expensive but not too spacious.

In 2004, commercial areas in the central business district of Thailand are rented out at 400 to 550 baht per square meter. The cost has surged into 750 to 900 baht per square meter at early 2012.

Moving out in the suburbs can allow entrepreneurs appreciate a hundred baht less than the usual lease rates from prime places, but the place may not be too amiable for many enterprises. Though the spots outside the city are already inhabited by modern offices, stores and restaurants, wineries here have consistently ranted about the problem of ensnaring more customers - merely because they can't establish a strong visibility and availability.

Suffice to say, in deciding to get an office for lease in Thailand, the budget and the place should be weighed in by the entrepreneurs. Budget-able enterprises who is able to secure a spot in large malls and prime places in the city should think about the distances, traffic, and noise. On the flip side, people who chose to be more frozen in the suburbs should consider ways to lure in more customers despite the limitations bought by their places.

The best method to thrive in an area beyond the company central district is to choose a location near the expressway. The rate of rent per square meter may be higher when the company is nearer to the most populous locations, but you will find greater benefit potentials in those places.

Another sound strategy for businesses from the suburbs is to choose commercial spaces that are serviced. Doing so would allow the businessmen eliminate the need to spend a fortune in purchasing office equipment and gear. This must also be practical for businesses that need frequent relocation.
