KIET Group of Institutions popularly called KIET Ghaziabad witnessed the biggest inter- collegiate annual cultural fest of Delhi NCR, ‘PRASTUTI’19- Unveiling Creativity on the 6th and 7th of April 2019. The two- day awe-inspiring fest beheld a massive footfall of more than 8,000 performers and students.
The grand event at KIET-Ghaziabad campus was inaugurated and harbingered with lamp-lighting by esteemed Chief Guest Mr. Rishi Vashishtha, Director, Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) in the notable presence of President Awardee classical dancer, Mr. Devendra Sharma Manglamukhi followed by DD Doordarshan graded artist Mr. Pankaj Rawat on the 6th of April. These veterans of Indian Culture performed and mesmerised students with their arts.
The fest at KIET spotted many sponsors from leading brands. The cultural festival was powered by 9XM Bharat Bass Festival and the food partners like Barbeque Nation and Shree Ratnam ruled the taste of the horde. 80 colleges and universities from Amritsar, Kanpur, Varanasi, Bathinda, Sonipat and others came up with enthusiastic participation and made this event a towering triumph.
The sumptuous bash of culture showcased open mic sponsored by Kshitiz Academy. Rishabh Ladhani of RKGIT left everyone in the awe of his talent and stood 1st among the bevy of participants. Along with that, the day 1 Gala also witnessed spectacular events like solo singing, group singing and band war. An evening of aesthetic stars dazzled the uncountable audience in the Fashion show sponsored by AGS and buttressed by Lakme and Crazy cut.
On day 2, students kept their charm on and spellbound everyone with footloose, flash mob, Photography and many other events. With the support of management and esteemed sponsors, like Made Easy and others, the event honoured the hard work of winners and participants with finest rewards and prizes valued over INR 10 Lacs.
At last, after Valediction of all the honourable and proud sponsors, the crowd was seen to go caper with the zestful EDM and DJ pro night star. The most awaited fest witnessing all things of culture ended in no time, but left its imprints on all.
