The common molding processes of PE Bottle(KEXON) include injection molding, hollow molding, injection blowing and drawing molding, etc.. However, regardless of which molding process is selected, the sealing design and capacity design of PE Bottle are of utmost importance.

1. Sealing Design

Product sealing is a mandatory quality standard in the cosmetics industry. Generally, gasket sealing and quality(gross weight), volume, production date and shelf life or production batch number and limited service date are selected. And choose to mark the icon logo in GB/T191 -2008 "Packaging Storage and Transportation Icon Mark", and the logo should be clear, complete and suitable.

2. Capacity Design

There are two conventional forms of capacity marking: one is that the product whose contents are not flowing at room temperature is in units of weight(g, kg). The other is a product in units of volume(ML, L) that can move content at room temperature.

For products whose contents can be moved, it is necessary to convert the required content weight into volume units, volume(ML) = weight(g) / product density when expressed in units of weight(g). This is because after the packaging container is formed, its inner cavity space is most convenient and accurate to detect with standard distilled water.

When designing the capacity of the PE Bottle, due to the changes in volume and morphology caused by factors such as time and temperature, formulation and filling, and self-viscosity, due to the fact that the PE Bottle should have appropriate space when it is fully designed.
