KEXON has introduced a new range of very cost effective PE Bottle(KEXON). The versatile range of Omnijars can be used for packing a wide range of products including healthcare products, food products and personal care products.

The bottle range covers a large family of different sizes from 60ml to 500ml. Standard stock colours include amber, clear, white, cobalt blue and emerald green. Special colours are available on request.

The approximate cost of the service is ￡1800 for a two cavity blow mould tool and the minimum production quantity, depending on the bottle size, is approximately 10,000 units.

If the annual quantities are sufficient, the tooling cost can be amortised in the unit cost of the bottles which means no up front tooling cost.

All bottles in the range have the same standard 24mm neck specification which means that the same readily available, innovative, industry standard closures can be used on the entire bottle range, simplifying range extensions.

This new range of cost effective PE bottle is compatible with a wide range of standard KEXON closures including plastic and aluminium caps direct from stock in a multitude of different colours.
