The first thing that you should start with when you are trying to live a healthy life is eating a balanced diet. Making sure to eat nutritious foods is very important to living a healthy life. Kevin Kachaturian recommends avoiding restaurants of the “fast food” variety because they typically always serve food that is unhealthy. Fast food restaurants are notorious for serving foods that are high in sodium, sugar, calories and fat. Kevin Kachaturian recommends that you prepare all of your meals yourself. By doing so you will be able to keep track of exactly what you are putting into your body. Kevin Kachaturian buys all of his food at farmer’s markets as the produce there is typically organically grown.

Kevin Kachaturian also knows that it is important to stay physically fit when you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Staying physically fit is not always the easiest thing to do. Kevin Kachaturian recommends finding an activity or hobby that you thoroughly enjoy doing that also requires you to be physically active. Kevin Kachaturian is a huge fan of the sport of basketball. Basketball is a great sport to play if you are trying to be physically fit as you need to constantly be moving fast to play basketball properly. Kevin Kachaturian used to play basketball with other members of his community every single weekend. This was a great way for Kevin Kachaturian to get some good exercise as well as enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
