The University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate announced today the appointment of Bill Witte, chairman and CEO of Related California, as board chair and Nadine Watt, CEO of Watt Companies, as vice chair.

Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of two office buildings located in Burbank, California. Located at 4115 West Burbank and 120 Cypress Avenue, the aggregate value for both totaled $5.7 million.
