The Employment and Entrepreneurship Among Young People are a Priority in the Government of Rajoy

100 measures of the Government of Spain will serve to create jobs from the point of view of innovation among young people across the country. This strategy will benefit more than a million young people and has a budget of nearly 3,500 million euros.

 
Spain, March 12, 2013 - The Minister of Employment and Economy of Castilla-La Mancha, Carmen Home, said that "the Entrepreneurship and Employment Strategy Joven2013-2016 demonstrates the commitment of the governments of Rajoy and Cospedal with all those who are called to lead change in the production model across the country from an innovative point of view. "

The actions are intended to encourage entrepreneurship among the youth and includes actions to improve their employability through training or development of new economic incentives.



These measures will affect more than a million young people and have a budget of 3,485 million euros, of which 32 percent is funded by the European Social Fund. Of the total, 40 per cent will go to stimulate hiring, 38 percent of self-employment and entrepreneurship measures and 22 percent for training and improving intermediation.



Home has reported that in training and employability assistance will be implemented to improve the training of young people who left school at an early age to enter the labor market and job opportunities are now not by their skill level. Also bet on the recruitment training commitment to facilitate access to the labor market.

In this regard, Home has expressed his satisfaction that "some of these measures are already included in our Action Plan on Youth Employment."
