These measures will affect more than a million young people and have a budget of 3,485 million euros, of which 32 percent is funded by the European Social Fund. Of the total, 40 per cent will go to stimulate hiring, 38 percent of self-employment and entrepreneurship measures and 22 percent for training and improving intermediation.



Home has reported that in training and employability assistance will be implemented to improve the training of young people who left school at an early age to enter the labor market and job opportunities are now not by their skill level. In this regard, Home has expressed his satisfaction that "some of these measures are already included in our Action Plan on Youth Employment."
