M3M 65TH Avenue was registered with RERA under the company’s name dated 14.06.2017 bearing Registration No. 01 of 2017. All set to enter into the second phase of its development, it plans to launch three projects over a span of 12 months. The sales potential of these three combined, is estimated to close to Rs. 7,500 crore.

The five projects recently delivered by Group involve two commercial and three residential ones. The residential projects collectively consist of 2000 units and spread over more than 80 acres of prime development. The projects are – M3M Golfestate, India’s first in-city golfing lifestyle, M3M Merlin, Singapore-styled top-class residences and M3M Woodshire – premium residences in Sector 107, Gurgaon.
