Cialis belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE 5) used to treat erectile dysfunction or impotence.

 
The medicine acts in combination with sexual stimulation, promoting increased blood flow in the penis, allowing to achieve and maintain erection. Please note that Cialis has no effect without sexual stimulation. It starts acting 16 minutes after ingestion and the effect lasts for 36 hours.

Dosage

It is recommended to take Cialis 20 mg at least 16 minutes before your sexual intercourse. Its effect can last up to 36 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose and do not take Cialis more than once a day.

Precautions

Drug interactions
Cheap Cialis can interact with some medications. Therefore, co-administration with the following drugs is not recommended: medications containing organic nitrates, Erythrityl tetranitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox) of nitroglycerin, pentaerythritol tetranitrate, indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Tell your doctor about all medicines you may take and especially about the following products: atazanavir bunazosin, clarithromycin, nelfinavir, phenoxybenzamine, phentolamine, prazosin, saquinavir, doxazosin, erythromycin, indinavir, itraconazole, ketoconazole, moxisylyte, nefazodone, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin, Urapidil as a correction of your dose of Brand Cialis may be required.

Missed dose

Cialis is used when needed, so it's unlikely to miss a dose.

Overdose

If you think you have overdosed the medicine seek emergency medical help in time. Overdose symptoms are in the form of back pain, muscle pain and blurred vision.

Preservation

Store the medicine in a tight container at room temperature away from moisture, sunlight, out of reach of children and pets.
