Canadian Cinematographers Making their Mark In Hollywood Film Industry!
Hollywood Star Eric Roberts works with Canadian Cinematographers L&C Style Productions and other celebs on the movie “Sebastien”!

June 11, 2013: Canadian Cinematographers L&C Style Productions have entered the big league and expanded their services in Hollywood California.

L&C Style consists of Jose Luis Gonzalez & his partner Candace who have been collaborating for almost 20 years. These two deliver, as more and more producers are finding out. They are passionate about every detail and bring their expertise in cinematography, lighting, and editing. Together, Luis with Candace handled the distinctive role of Director of Photography for “Sebastien”. There aren’t many DP teams out there but this is one dynamic DP duo.

L&C Style is currently editing the horror psychological thriller, Sebastien, which is in post production stage. The movie stars some of the eminent names in Hollywood such as Eric Roberts, Cathy Moriarty, Robert Vaughn, Deborah Twiss and upcoming child star Angelique Marion Berry. Journey Gonzalez, daughter of Luis and Candace also played the title character in the movie.

The team is looking forward to the release of “Sebastien” as it is their major foray into Hollywood, says, Candace Schmidt, the other half of L&C Style Productions.

“I am happy to have the team of L&C Style Productions on board for “Sebastien.” This is a psychological horror story about dark secrets destroying people and families from the inside out. There are a lot of dark scenes and I needed some excellent photography to bring proper visual impact. I loved what Luis and Candace have done,” says Deborah Twiss, writer-producer of “Sebastien.”

Deborah Twiss reached out to L&C Style, after seeing firsthand the couple’s dedication to excellence and the spirit in which they work. “I knew we would need people who inspire and who bring positivity when they are working, and I saw this with Luis and Candace. They are team players, and come with amazing ideas. Plus, Journey is so good, such a cool kid!”

“Sebastien” was shot in 4K with the latest Canon Cinema EOS 1D-C which L&C Style got from Canon Canada a few days before principal photography started in early February this year.

Luis is an Associate Member of the Canadian Society of Cinematography (CSC) and together they are a power-house team of cinematographers, writers and directors.

L&C Style Productions was recently recognized at the 2013 Canada International Film Festival in Vancouver BC where they won the Award of Excellence for the music video “Star”. For more information visit http://www.lncstyle.com
