Marleston, SA, Australia - specialised window cleaning company focused on providing quality results with timely service delivery - City Clean - is proud of the methods and practices they use to give the safest and the most cost-effective window cleaning in Adelaide.

To achieve desired results, meet expectations and guarantee your satisfaction, we use a combination of cleaning methods. As a result, we can always provide quality window cleaning services and whether it is a one off or regular cleaning, you will always enjoy a trouble-free window cleaning experience.

These are how we provide spotless window cleaning in the Adelaide metro:

Abseil

We service most high rise buildings in Adelaide with this method. Even buildings with gantries or baskets installed are generally abseiled (the rails make great anchor points). This system has little impact on your workplace or distract your employees as we do our job entirely from the exterior and our staff only enter the building when getting a ride back up to the roof.

Safety harness

We use a harness system on commercial buildings having reasonably-sized ledges designed to be waled on using a harness. There is usually a track system built into the exterior structure itself with access gained internally from a corner window.

Poling

You will be amazed of the places and heights we can reach using extension poles. New, light weight carbon fibre poles have revolutionised the heights that can be accessed and cleaned. Some poles can reach 25mtrs. Although it is one thing to get up there and another to get a good result, we have poles that reach 15 mtrs and can go as high as needed whilst maintaining quality result.

Reach and wash water fed poles

Along with our carbon fibre poles, we also use water fed machines. The water removes solid dirt and grime allowing windows to have a spot free finish. It is similar to the DIY carwash on a larger pole and is excellent for difficult to access glass which would normally be missed or require a boom. Using these poles, we cannot only clean the glass spotlessly but all the frames too.

Elevated Work platform (EWP)

In some instances, there is only one way to get the job done and that is to hire a boom. This is often used for buildings which are 3-6 storeys high with good access around the immediate building surroundings. Often, there will be a requirement for traffic control as usually a public road is required for access. But no matter where the site is, City clean has licensed EWP operators and can organise traffic control and permits for your job.

Ladders

If all else fail, we always have ladders around and have a reach of 12 metres. They can be difficult to maneuver but they have their uses. And we like to keep one and occasionally make an appearance. However, we do use ladders on regular basis.
