Joseph Mignone has founded two businesses during his career, leading each to success. Here he considered the attributes needed to be successful in such endeavors.

 
Upon graduating from Pennsauken High School in 1981, Joseph Mignone immediately entered the real estate sector, working as a salesperson for Mignone Realtor, Inc. for more than sixteen years. His ambitions always extended beyond this position though and he worked diligently to secure a number of real estate residential sales and appraisal qualifications so that he could expand his horizons. Having become a Certified New Jersey Residential Appraiser, he took the step of forming his own business, Joseph Mignone Appraisals, Inc., offering property management and appraisal services. After enjoying success with the company for eight years, he then transitioned into food business ownership and currently operates three restaurants in Delaware. As an experienced entrepreneur, he is able to reflect on the talents that people need to succeed in business.

Joseph Mignone has worked diligently on his communication skills throughout his career, as they are vital to his successes with clients and fellow professionals. He understands that communicating with confidence lends him a certain level of authority, which in turn breeds trust amongst those he interacts with. Furthermore, these skills also mean that he is a capable networker who can form connections that lead to new opportunities.

In order to develop the confidence in communication that has allowed him to enjoy such success, Mignone has always focused on continued education and professional development.
