Jose Luis Acanda Montano is a professional personal trainer with expertise in 4 degree Tae Know Do. He had a martial arts academy in Virginia which he ran for 8 years. He has taught many students and has also instructed in a military training in Cuba. Joaquin Palacios was his head trainer in Cuba who suggested him to do good things always and to help people. He prides of his kickboxing, jiujitsu and Tae Kwon Do students as well as Heart to the Sky Yoga Space devotees who are trained by his wife. He admires the constructive influence that these training courses has on his students.

When he was a kid, Jose Luis Acanda was greatly inspired by Fidel Castro, but presently he considers everyone his hero who takes cares of his or her families and works very hard.

About Jose Luis Acanda Montano

Jose Luis is an experienced and well qualified professional in the martial arts training industry. He was born in Cuba in January 1980. After completing his basic education, he joined as a military training professional in Cuba. He is four time national champion. His very first job was at a junior high school in Pinar del Rio, Cuba, where he worked as a Tae Kwon Do instructor. In May 2004, he joined the US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, Virginia as an instructor and worked there till September 2006. After that, he joined the Mountain Kim and worked there as a tae kwon do instructor. He also worked at Lifetime Fitness in Centreville, Virginia as a personal trainer from February 2005 till April 2007. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at parks in Fredricksburg. His hobbies are playing paintball, camping, dancing, and running.
