Jonathan Rubeck is an accounting professional from Colorado who is soon going to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (with a Minor in Sociology) from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Currently, he is working with D&R Associates Inc. as a Research Analyst and is responsible for finding qualified applicants to fill open jobs using different sourcing websites, such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. He also phone screens the applicants for preliminary information and then passes them on to a placement manager for the next interview round.

Jonathan Rubeck began working with D&R Associates Inc. in May 2010 and has since served many different roles. He joined the company as a computer technician and computer input operator. As a computer technician, he was responsible for fixing computer errors and deleting viruses for the company, while as a computer input operator, he updated all candidates in computer system. Later, he also served as a Recruiter making cold calls to potential applicants to entice them to change positions.
