The driving school offers online defensive driving and teen drivers' ed courses, among others, for those sheltering at home.

Houston, TX—3/8/2020: The current pandemic has brought uncertainty and added distress to the lives of many American citizens. However, with the rise in online classes, people are gradually learning to live with the 'new normal' and realizing that there are genuinely no limitations for those who care passionately about learning and want to contribute positively to the society.
Champions Driving School is a state-authorized driving school that offers adult and teen driving classes for people looking to get their driver's license in Houston and nearby areas. They also offer the DPS road test in Cypress and Pinehurst.
During the current COVID-19 outbreak, the driving school has initiated online classes to teach driving basics to those willing to learn.
While talking about their range of courses, a spokesperson for the company said, "We offer many online courses with different features including flexible timings and extremely affordable rates. Our defensive driving classes include training individuals to control negative emotions while driving and taking preventive measures to reduce accidents. Our online driving ed class for adults includes a six-hour training session required by the state for any persons willing to apply for a driver's license. Some courses end in written examinations while the school provides certifications for all courses on successful completion."
According to a report published by CNN, the US has the most significant number of road accidents among all high-income countries. On average, 90 people die every day on the roads in the US. These numbers can be severely reduced by taking preventive measures and giving adequate training to amateur drivers. Courses such as defensive driving are designed to address the common problems that lead to unfortunate road incidents and aim at reducing these accidents.
While talking about the benefits of online driving courses, the spokesperson said, "Our parent-taught teen driver education (PTDE) program aims to help teenagers complete the state requirements for getting a driver's license while sitting at home. Parents can sit with their 15-year-olds and attend the 36-hour class, which can help their offspring get a driver's license on their 16th birthday. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought everything to a halt. However, we want to keep the spirits of those who want to learn driving basics up by providing our courses online."
The varying online driving classes at Champions Driving School provide a great opportunity for those who are willing to use their time while sheltering at home productively. For those who feel comfortable getting out of their home to attend in-person classes, Champions Driving School continues taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy inside their classrooms and during driving lessons.
