Jonathan Sdao Accepts Post at J.G. Capital

Recent graduate Jonathan Sdao accepted a position as an intern for J.G. Capital in Greenwich, Connecticut.

 
Jonathan Sdao has started his job as an intern for J.G. Capital after earning a degree in Economics from Colby College in Maine. John Sdao is uniquely qualified for this position because of his extensive background in fundraising, team participation, and his skill understanding and analyzing financial markets. Sdao has already begun critical work for J.G. Capital, including three statement and valuation models for several companies across the global technology sector.

Jonathan Sdao is happy and excited that he has already begun a full-time position in the Finance sector. He hopes that his work at J.G. Capital, for which he turns in forty-plus hour weeks on a regular basis, will launch him into a long career in Finance. Sdao developed the skill and discipline this position requires over many years of working hard in school and participating as much as possible in extracurricular activities.

Jonathan Sdao is a former team leader for a Movember outfit on his college campus. Movember is a national nonprofit organization that raises money and awareness for common men’s health issues such as testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and heart disease. Jon Sdao was happy to start a team on his campus and raise over $5000 for the effort. Sdao also organized events in conjunction with Colby College and its men’s hockey team to engage with the community and raise money for the hockey program. He also volunteered with Team IMPACT to bring a child dealing with a chronic and life-threatening illness onto the hockey team and to join the child’s support staff. Sdao also went fly fishing with US military veterans to help them rehabilitate emotionally and adjust better to civilian life.

Jonathan Sdao also learned many prerequisite skills for a career in Finance during his studies at Colby College. Jon Sdao completed courses in econometrics, micro/macroeconomic theory, and public speaking. He took public speaking so seriously, in fact, that he earned first place honors in the Louis H. Coburn Speech Prize.

Today, Jonathan Sdao is excited to help his coworkers make the best financial recommendations to their clients as possible. Jon Sdao hopes that he can move up at J.G. Capital and in his career in Finance to open up more opportunities in the future.
