Make it a practice to consume adequate amounts of a high quality protein.

 
When it comes to eating like a bodybuilder make sure you are consuming good nutritious foods every two to three hours if possible. Foods with high quality protein such as chicken breast, turkey breast, or fish are the foods of choice. Plenty of vegetables for your carbohydrate intake as well.I for instance will consume for breakfast six to eight egg whites followed with two slices of dry whole wheat toast and a banana. I also consume plenty of water with breakfast with a good multi vitamin.You will have to decide what foods you personally enjoy that fit into the low fat, high protein food category.
