[b]Paul Panaikas[/b] joined Radiology Diagnostics, LLC, one of the reputed companies of the US in the year 1999. He worked there as an X Ray Digitizer, and was later promoted as the Director of Client Relations. Here, he developed company web-site with web developer and improved and organized client handbook. Apart from this, he designed sales ads utilized in publications.

Currently, [b]Paul Panaikas[/b] is working as a State Resilience Coordinator/State Yellow Ribbon Coordinator with the RI Army National Guard. He resides in North Easton, Massachusetts, and is an active member of Easton Massachusetts Historical Commission, the Easton Lions Club, American Legion Post 7 and the Immaculate Conception Church.

[b]Paul Panaikas’ Education[/b]

- He completed his Associate’s Degree in Science in December 1997 from Fisher College, Boston, MA.

- In 2004, he did diploma in Human Recourses from Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC and in 2007, he did a Diploma in Account Management from the same center. He completed his diploma in Master Resilience Trainer from the U Penn/Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC in October 2010.

- In addition to it, he did a Diploma in X-Ray Specialist in July 1994 from the Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, TX.

[b]Paul Panaikas[/b] is the State Resilience Coordinator/State Yellow Ribbon Coordinator with the RI Army National Guard (2011/2015). At the headquarters, he manages, coordinates, and conducts resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, Resilience Trainer Assistants, and Soldiers of Rhode Island Army National Guard. Owing to his dedication and loyalty towards his work, he has received many awards, including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge.
