COTTA GROVE, Minnesota (April 21, 2015) - The Institute for Business Acquisitions (IBA) has listed down some of the more viable startup business ideas that aspiring entrepreneurs may want to try, particularly in light of the improving U.S. economy.

The group founded by businessman Tom Ellis says that there are lots of business ideas that wannabe entrepreneurs can try, such as online-based jobs.

“There are a lot of online businesses that aspiring entrepreneurs can get into. From copywriting to social media consulting to remote bookkeeping, the Internet provides many opportunities for hardworking and crafty individuals to succeed,” the IBA said in a statement.

IBA says startup businessmen should try having their own online stores, noting that a lot of consumers now prefer to shop online instead of lining up in traditional brick-and-mortar stores. A market research firm recently reported that there was a 2 percent increase in U.S. apparel sales in 2014 due to the growth of online shopping.

“You don’t need to be a big-box retailer to be successful in online selling. All it takes is a website and e-commerce software to get started. Businessmen may sell their own products or get their items from niche suppliers,” the IBA advises.

The group adds that services would also be very in-demand this year, such as events planning. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics had earlier predicted a 44 percent growth in the event planning industry this decade, and this should augur well for people who are great at throwing parties and organizing business meetings.

“Even services like home-based bakery or catering business could thrive in the coming years,” the ISA adds.

The group encourages interested parties who are thinking of successful business ideas to visit its website, www.instituteforbusinessacquisitions.com, to learn more how to manage a start-up enterprise. The group also shares tips on how to become successful in business, with a guide written by ISA founder, businessman Tom Ellis.
