Cynthia Spalding is the managing partner at “The Law Office of Spalding & Spalding, PC”, which is a boutique independent law firm. She collaborated with Thomas Spalding and started her professional career at the Paralegal Law Office of Norman Gillette.

Since 1994, Cynthia has been working as an attorney and has represented over 1200 Worker’s Compensation Disability, Social Security Disability, and Bankruptcy cases. While working as an attorney, she has gained extensive experience, and being an attorney was her second career choice.

Prior to becoming an attorney, for 13 years, Cynthia Spalding worked as a worker’s compensation specialist for the State of California and at the employment development department. She gained interest in law and decided to pursue a law degree. She attended the Chaffey College and in 1993, she pursued her Juris Doctorate from Western University College. After this, she cleared the bar exam in the first attempt and started her own law firm for advocating her clients, particularly, the unemployed and disabled workers.

In addition to this, she has strong writing and management skills, civil & workers compensation trial experience and good people skills.
