The executive coaching session is different from a normal training session in the way that it is a one-on-one personal connection. The coach spends on average 4 hours a month with the participant and gives them tips on creating that professional impact for them to contribute towards the organisation achieving its goal and for their own personal and professional development. It is an intense process that is dependent on a lot of feedback and self discipline from the participant.

To ensure that the executive coaching is creating that required professional impact, the coach meets the manager/supervisor and the HR head of the organisation and shares with them the path of progress of the participant. The fine details are private and confidential, but the coach will be able to share the big picture.
