Joe Anthony Correia is a dairy professional based in Escalon. He works at Correias Dairy, a dairy business started by his grandfather, Jose Correia many years ago. His grandfather lived in Portugal before relocating to Escalon to build a dairy of his own. Although he started his dairy business with just one cow, it did not take him long to establish his business. The dairy has been successfully running since then.
