Every human being cannot do without bread and butter because it is natural thing for survival. Generally we take heavy meals for two times and light food for two times. Morning and evening are scheduled for light food and noontime and night are scheduled for heavy food. But it may vary from time to time in different places and from man to man in different communities. United States is the most developed country in the world not only for their earnings and life style but also for their technology especially in IT sector i.e. computer world. Almost cent percent American citizens are habituated in computer work and its appliction. Every work in the United States is done by computers and every person does their job as worship. They have enough time for earning and learning but less time for eating and feeding, naturally the majority of the people in US are fond of spicy fast food which is delicious to eat but difficult to digest naturally excessive fat are stored in the body which causes obesity. In survey report the updated statistic shows that33.8% of the total population are suffering from obesity in America. Physicians are always recommending that half an hour exercise throughout the day will be fruitful to maintain your figure and reduce obesity. Excessive body weight and obesity is totally different thing. The habit of taking excessive food and less exercise invites obesity. Proper medicine has not yet been invented except exercise and forty minutes walking every day. Intensive study is going on throughout the world in obesity research. The American Association of Bariatric Counselors (AABC) is introduce a specialized accredited core curriculum in the bariatric sciences for Master’s-level and Doctoral-level students pursuing professional health and education careers. AABC offers two types of certificates 1) Board Certified Bariatric Councelor (BCBC), 2) Board Certified Bariatric Educator (BCBE). Intensive research is going on by different institution for obesity in the US. Obesity is only reduced by exercise and proper diet so loveable dietitians’ job is in great demand in United States which is only available after acquiring the degree of BCBC and BCBE.
