Pain is nothing, but a physically and emotionally unpleasant experience of the body, may be associated with the damage of organs. Still, it is quite difficult to define the term “pain”. It is also considered as a worst experience of the body.

It is also considered as a worst experience of the body. Pain is a sensation which is almost experienced by every person in his life emotionally and physically.

Types of Pain
In the medical term, Pain is divided into two categories, acute pain and chronic pain.

Acute Pain: - Damage of the tissue is a leading source for acute pain which is recoverable within weeks or months. In severe conditions, you may consult with the professional physician for the best treatment. Remember, pain signals are received by the central processing unit known as Brain. Acute pain is easily healed within a limited period of time automatically.

Chronic Pain: - There are many sources of chronic pain and it is quite hard to find out the root source of chronic pain. There are many symptoms of chronic pain such as sleeplessness, anger, sadness, and unpleasant emotions. Chronic pain is associated with the many serious medical conditions like arthritis, cancer etc.

Causes of Pain
There are many primary causes for pain such as illness, aging, injury and medical conditions. Pain is always experienced by every person which can be psychogenic, mechanical or biochemical. Mechanical pain is mostly occurred due to the injury, spinal stenosis and tumors. Apart from that, biochemical pain is occurred due to the irritation of nerves. And mental illness and emotional problems are associated with psychogenic pain.

Forms of pain
Headache – migraine, tension and vascular headache
Cancer- a regular pain associated with tumor
Arthritis – Weak bones, rheumatoid arthritis
Neurogenic
Psychogenic – nonphysical pain like stress, tension
Physical pain- Bones, arms, leg pain due to the irritation of spine nerve
Pain Management ways
There are different ways that will allow your body to easily tolerate pain such as exercises, medications, physical therapy and counseling.

Self care
It is very easy to prevent the risk of pain by improving your lifestyle such as, get enough sleep, maintain body weight, eat healthy and stop drinking along with smoking. When you are stressed or tensed, pain becomes uncontrollable. So it is necessary to control your body with the help of relaxation exercises like breathing and yoga postures.

Exercise daily
Exercises early in the morning is not only toned your body, but also enhance the muscle strength that support your spine. There are many stretching exercises that enhance the flexibility of muscles and prevent the risk of injury and pain. Always follow the good postures of walking, sitting and standing, which minimize the risk of chronic pain conditions like sciatica.
Medicines

The medical industry is growing rapidly and there are many drugs which help in pain management. But prolonged use these medications which are quickly providing the pain relief are not good for your health. So always use those medications which are prescribed by physicians to treat chronic pain otherwise, simply go for the physical therapies.
