This Press Release is written to inform that Andrew Lesnak made use of his volunteerism in the field of mental health counseling.

 
Being the survivor of Hurricane Sandy, Andrew Lesnak made the best use of his volunteerism in the field of mental health counseling. He could easily relate himself to the pains and struggles of the victims like himself. He wanted to help those with similar heartfelt conditions post hurricane Sandy.

He served as a counselor to address the mental and physical health issues of the people affected by Sandy. The mental health therapy focuses on the effects of the disaster that included general distress, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders. Andrew Lesnak established a Community Outreach Program called: The Spero Advocacy Group, which has now become a renowned force in the State of New Jersey, in the field of mental health and “life coaching”. The motto of his organization is very consistent to his beliefs; While I Breathe, I Hope. With his relationship with volunteerism, Andrew Lesnak found an opportunity to help those that were struggling to recover successfully.

He has become an advocate to those truly “lost souls”, which now include speaking with the victims who have been diagnosed with suicidal tendencies and addictions. Unfortunately, due to the storm and related factors, the rates of suicide and addiction, have increased immensely.

Andrew Lesnak had a soft corner for those who were in the depressive state after the hurricane Sandy. He decided to spend most of his time as well as money to help the victims stand on their own feet.

Andrew Lesnak took his act of volunteerism, to an even greater level, by joining forces with a successful organization called Hope Sheds Light. This organization assists those who seek help with their struggles to rebuild their lives after the storm. Through this organization, he provides the resources to the individuals, and their families, to address the traumas that as prevalent in these types of situation such as Substance abuse, depression, anxiety and hopelessness.
