Being one of the victims of hurricane Sandy, Andrew Lesnak created Community Outreach Program. It was aimed at assisting the victims of catastrophic events. He provided victims with affordable housing as well as training to enhance their earning capabilities. He also helped them communicate effectively and make a proper decision.

He provided hands on counseling to locate the financial awards to help rebuild both their homes as well as their personal lives. He helped victims to learn how to cope with their losses, in a very calming setting. Andrew continues to act as a victims’ advocate, and his success has been widely recognized in the State of New Jersey. The name of his company is he Spero Advocacy Group, that has a simple motto: While I Breathe, I Hope.

Soon, he joined forces with a successful organization called Hope Sheds Light. This firm assists those who seek help with their struggles to rebuild their lives after the storm. That support consists of providing the resources to the individuals, and their families, to address the trauma’s that as prevalent in these types of situations.

Andrew Lesnak could relate himself to those struggling with addiction and depression. He could empathize with their sense of hopelessness and lost sense of how to rebuild their lives. He decided to volunteer his time to counseling these suffering victims.

He was quite concerned about the pains and sorrows of the other victims of hurricane Sandy and thus he came forward to help those with heartfelt conditions.
