This Press Release is written to inform the readers that Andrew Lesnak found it therapeutic to help those struggling with addiction.

Hurricane Sandy took toll on the life of Andrew Lesnak as his life changed from contentment to total chaos and loss. This loss included all his personal belongings, his home and his business. He saw a large erosion of his wealth, so he fell into a deep state of depression. He soon realized that he was not the only one who was experiencing this tragedy, as there were literally thousands like him.

Being one of the victims of hurricane Sandy, Andrew Lesnak helps the staff spend more time and resources in assisting those who seek help for their addiction so that they can triumph over their struggles and find their identity. In an attempt to raise more funds for programs to support the recovery of drug addicts, Andrew joined hands with Hope Sheds Light so that more resources can be brought to both addicts and their families. He found his way toward recovery from the Hurricane Sandy aftermath by providing continuous love, support, and understanding for those who are struggling with addiction and depression.

He can never forget the mental health issues that he had to face during the disaster. He was left out with nothing but the remains of his beautiful water front home. After a prolonged treatment, he came forward to volunteer as a counselor to address the mental and physical health issues of the people affected by Sandy.
He came up with quite personalized approach as it focused on helping the victims of hurricane Sandy from general distress, anxiety and other psychiatric disorders. He also had to address the growing dynamic of suicide and substance abuse. Being concerned about the victims of substance abuse and depression, Andrew Lesnak started “The Spero Advocacy Group” with the motto “While I Breathe, I Hope”.
