5 Things About The Endgame of Diablo Immortal That Could Be Better

Some problems are clear right away with Diablo Immortal. Other problems don't become clear until after the campaign is over.

Players can play through Diablo Immortal for free and have a good time. What happens after you beat the last boss and reach the highest level can be less interesting than how you got there. It's something that has to be dealt with in every video game that has an ending.

Players who like the endgame of Diablo Immortal shouldn't let this list make them stop playing. If anything, these ideas would make the game even more fun than it is right now. Taking care of a few of these problems could get people who aren't enjoying the trip back home.

1. Throw away the soft paragon cap.

If there's one thing gamers hate, it's artificial caps. Just look at how Anthem players reacted to these shallow ways to try to make up for the lack of content by making people play for more hours. Sad to say, Diablo Immortal's endgame tried to do something very similar.

After a certain point, you can't level up any more as a Paragon. Changing the level of difficulty to take on the hardest challenges is not enough to make up for this loss of experience. It's a shallow way to get people to do the same, boring things for longer.

2. Pay attention to customization

With equipment, players will be able to change the way their characters look right away. These are paid prices that can be skipped. Even though the game is getting a lot of negative feedback (which is fair), there aren't that many outfits.

Look at Team Fortress 2 or Fortnite to see how important cosmetics are to the endgame. Add a lot of new outfits, some of which are free, some of which you have to pay for, and some of which you have to unlock. Considering how much money it would make, this should be fixed as soon as possible.

3. Don't Let Bosses Glitch

During the first weekly raid boss, players had trouble getting behind rocks because they didn't appear in time. Those who weren't behind rocks were killed right away. Some players still helped a group win this victory thanks to exploits, certain abilities, or quickly leveling up.

The first raid boss in the game doesn't look very good. Yes, there needs to be a lot going on in the fight for it to be interesting enough to come back to. But they need to be polished and sound. No one is going to keep coming back to a broken battle every week, that's just rude.

4. Boot The cheaters in PvP

Just ask the people who make ABP how the community feels about people who cheat in PvP. On the first day, cheaters took over the battlegrounds. There are players with a lot of skill who can beat players with better gear with just their skill.

But cheating keeps these seasoned professionals from doing well. Since there are hundreds of PvP games that have dealt with the cheating issue, this can't keep happening if PvP or the game itself are to survive.

5. Make things look and sound different.

In the early game, players won't have any trouble telling spells and abilities apart. While farming the best spots in each zone, players will only run into a few other people in the whole area, so they won't get confused about whose skeleton is whose or whose area-of-effect spell is on the mob.

This is not true in the endgame rifting, raiding, and battlegrounds. The screen is full of colors and particles that the human eye can't tell apart. Bosses vanish in a cloud of melee units, making it impossible for anyone to see what's going on.
