Combat Duality: strength vs. internal power, the highest mastery of martial arts.

Los Angeles, CA - August 2014 - Systema Spetsnaz, the International school of Russian Special Forces combat (a Russian martial art), released 6.5 hours of instructional video which includes harsh striking techniques and soft internal energy exercises with the final goal of reaching the highest mastery of martial arts: No Contact Combat.

Traditional self-defense methods were utilized along with the modern sciences of physics, mechanics, and psychology, including meditation techniques using internal energy to take down an attacker without touching him. This martial art system teaches how to use only 25% physical strength and 75% natural flow of internal energy.

The video was recorded during a combat seminar in Los Angeles and is divided into three parts: Defense and attack, Combat flow, and Combat duality. Systema Spetsnaz is a simple, practical, and effective reality based self-defense system for any civilian regardless gender, age, race, or physical abilities.

These videos are for students who are not able to join regular training classes and who don't have a school nearby. For students' benefits, for a faster delivery time, and to save on shipping the videos are available for online streaming.

Systema Spetsnaz, the combat of Russian Special Forces, is based on the natural flow of the energy and efficiency of motion within space and time. Techniques are simple and practical, allowing students to learn and advance at their own pace.
