Vyncs didn’t take long to garner fame and popularity among customers, consumers, and fleet businesses alike. However, the brand has earned a bit more recognition among fleet managers for all the features it has to offer. Recently, Vyncs improved its fleet product by empowering it with three new features.

The first of these features is called “Issue.” As the name suggests, it concerns problems affecting fleet vehicles and resolving them. This feature even facilitates documenting every issue affecting every automobile in a fleet.

To add an “Issue,” users should click on the “Create Issue” button under the “Issue” option from the menu. Start by entering the required data in the empty fields on the “Details” page, including the vehicle name, reported date & time, a summary of the issue, and a description of the problem. Add a label to it if required. Finally, add the name of the driver who reported the issue and the name of the fleet manager to whom it was reported.

Dr. Hillol Kargupta, the Co-Founder of Vyncs, recently faced the press to discuss the latest fleet features. He was particularly excited when talking about the “Issue” feature. He said, “Want to add a photo or any document of the problem? This latest addition of ours will take care of it. We spoke to several fleet managers who have been using our tracking devices for vehicles for years. They needed something like this to use as proof or reminder of vehicle problems.”

He added, “We give you three ways to describe issues - open, resolved and closed. An open issue has not been fixed yet, while a resolved problem has already been fixed. A closed issue is one you can choose to close before or after fixing it.”

Dr. Kargupta will talk more about the features and describe the other two, just as he explained this one. After all, they work together to make the Vyncs fleet series better than it already was.
