In 2018, Sonja opened her own firm, Haaby & Associates, LLC to provide Tax/Accounting/Consulting Tax planning and preparation for business and individual clients. She assists her clients in applying for non-profit organizations along with their tax return and state filing requirements. She maintains up to date record keeping with her full charge bookkeeping services providing clients with accurate unaudited financial statements, which help keep them stay informed about their financial position.

In addition to her experience in public accounting, Sonja L Haaby has an extensive background in banking, finance, management and leadership development where she holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting and a Human Resource Management Certificate. Before founding her own firm, Haaby & Associates, LLC, Sonja had worked with many big names, including Capstone CPA’s, LLC; Alliance Professionals, LLP; Watson Development; Excellence in Taxes; Kerkoch Katter & Nelson LLP; All Seasons Tax; and U.S. Bank.
