"Centennial's applied program prepares students for the real working world. In order to run efficiently, hotels require administrative staff for areas such as: hotel and restaurant general management, human resources management, sales and marketing management, convention services coordination, tour coordination, food and beverage management, housekeeping management, hotel financial management. Centennial College's offering prepares students for all of these roles in just three years.

The program admits students at three points throughout the year. It covers - as applied to the entire hospitality and tourism field - a full range of business practices in marketing, human resources, finance and industry operations. Training culminates in an internship with one of Centennial College's industry partners.

One they have completed their tourism and hospitality administration training, students can transition directly into the industry. In fact, graduates have been hired by reputable companies such as Tourism Toronto, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham International, Choice International SIR Corp, and others. They, however, also have the option to use the credits they have eared to complete a university degree in Hospitality & Tourism.
