19th April 2019, Manhattan, New York: Montclare school have announced that the school will remain closed on Friday, 19th April, on the occasion of Good Friday. All regular and after-school programs will remain closed, and the holiday declared is for both staff members and students.
Good Friday is held every year to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus, and it is a widely celebrated holiday to remember the man who instigated Christianity. With respect to the important day, the school has decided to honor the timeless tradition of Good Friday so that Christian families can take the free day to commemorate an important point in Christianity.
