Randall Shelton Is the Former President and CEO of LEAB Enterprises, LLC, a management and consulting company in Athens, Ohio serving the retail foodservice and college and university industries. The company provides concept development, retail sales direction, management oversight, brand development, and human resource management to start-up firms as well as franchises seeking to do business in the retail grocery, college and university, and quick serve restaurant business sectors. LEAB Enterprises, LLC has 45 operational units in the country, all operating successfully for many years. They have served many high-end clients including Whole Foods, Kroger, Albertsons, Farm Fresh Markets, and Supervalu.

He also owned and managed a small private construction business in Wichita for one year (May, 1992-August, 1993) and worked on two big restaurant projects. He started his career in the 1980s as a senior food service coordinator, purchasing specialist, and manager of food services with Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma.
