The Bulkhead grommet frame mould designed by Jain Tools is composed of nylon 66 with 15% glass and is wear and tear-resistant and can endure high temperatures. The product has a single cavity and has four insert mouldings. The end product comes with a glossy finish and is quality tested at the in-house testing facility at the company. Along with a machine tonnage of 100 tons and a cycle time of 35 seconds, the product comes in three specifications and is highly customizable.
