CAST Navigation proudly presents its clients with the CAST-5000 Wavefront Generator. The device's various features and capabilities combines flexibility and versatility in one ingenious product.

[MASSACHUSETTS, 7/17/19] - CAST Navigation is proud to offer its customers the CAST-5000, a device that combines a GPS wavefront simulator with the only Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna in the market that allows users to fully test the antenna system. The CAST-5000 also has a variety of features that gives users a great measure of flexibility and versatility.

State-of-the-Art Machinery

The CAST-5000 has high accuracy and precision when it comes to testing the attitude determination of a receiver and the controlled-reception-pattern antenna. The device emanates a single clear signal wavefront in a global-position system radio frequency, which triggers four independent replications. These simulations then converge in one location to complete the test.

A user can fully test the antenna's capabilities from the beginning to the end of a simulation. The CAST-5000 is the only GPS wavefront simulator currently in the market that boasts such capabilities. Various features allow users flexibility and versatility when using the device.

Synchronicity in Features

The CAST-5000 can receive upgrades to its configuration for added versatility. Clients working for government or military organizations have the option to install software that lets the device test anti-jam abilities. With this additional feature, these clients can reduce the effects of interference on low-powered GPS satellite signals. Doing so can mitigate the risk of external factors affecting the accuracy of their navigational systems in a real-world setting.

Its host of additional features includes antenna pattern modeling, differential or relative navigation, modeled selective availability, and six degrees of freedom motion generation capacity.
