Selecting a repertoire of meats and vegetables to recreate the signature dishes like tawa paneer tikka, tawa boti masala, tawa vegetable etc. Chef Tanmoy states that food cooked on the tawa retains its juices, colour and original taste enhancing the true flavors that are simply loved by Punjabis. All culinary classics on the menu has been created by using traditional ingredients with variations in cooking techniques maintaining the authenticity and original taste of Amritsar cuisine.
