Chennai, January 2015: One among several exciting new beginnings at Park Hyatt Chennai is the new Shisha Lounge on the deck of The Dining Room.

Overlooking the tranquil lily pond, guests can savour a host of hazes flavoured with the likes of orange, strawberry, vanilla, mint and green apple or the home-grown and much loved paan-rasna flavour.

A menu consisting of mezze items like the traditional Hummus Beiruti (chickpea mash, garlic, lemon, parsley, tahina paste, tomato), Moutable (smoked eggplant puree, tahini paste, pomegranate) or Cucumber Tzatziki (yoghurt, cucumber, fresh herbs) make for a repertoire of luxe lite bites to go along. Sweet and crisp baklavas add a hint of decadence to the Menu while fragrant mint flavoured Moroccan tea and Arabic coffee are the perfect accompaniment if one is not in the mood to choose from our range of alcoholic beverages.

Adding a touch of Arabia to the existing food offerings at Park Hyatt Chennai, the Shisha Lounge promises to be an ideal place for guests to linger over unhurried conversations and long-due catch-ups. Our service team will make sure that the Shisha is up and going, with re-fills and tending to during the time period that our guests desire.
