Hillman Wealth Management has already completed numerous acquisitions of other investment, asset and wealth management firms.

Hillman Wealth Management’s Chief Operating Officer released a statement saying “Hillman Wealth Management intends to acquire several Private Asset Management companies within the Asia-Pacific region, in order that we may provide services to a greater number of Private Clients. We have already made a number of acquisitions over recent years and are targeting completion of a further acquisition by the third quarter of 2020.”

The acquisition is expected to be of a large Asset Management firm with offices throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.

Hillman Wealth Management’s Chief Operating Officer also went on to say “We are targeting firms that complement our core-competencies such as Asset Allocation Analysis & Re-Alignment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Portfolio Performance Review & Restructuring, and Private Equity Transactions. We believe that with our focus on these areas we will add significant value to the client portfolios of the firms we intend to acquire.”
