Kenneth Kremsky has developed multiple IRR analytic tools, which became the model for all in-house projects. Kenneth is the head of the worldwide SAP systems global harmonization team. Formerly, Kenneth Kremsky is the former Assistant Financial Controller at Nabisco Biscuit Company from the year 199 till 2005.

Kenneth possesses an extensive expertise as a manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc. He provided financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. Besides, he managed all the accounting personnel and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. He also participated on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.

Kenneth prepares financial statements and monthly results. His major responsibilities include maintenance of the annual operating budget, preparing bill of materials for all products including allocating fixed and indirect costs. Kenneth proposed a draft for developing detailed direct labor standards, which resulted in crewing reductions and significant cost savings. Kenneth Choose to participate on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network. He participated in both Oreo and Premium network teams and made a savings of ~$3MM annually.

Currently, Kenneth Kremsky is working as the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International, East Hanover NJ. He is the Finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects focusing on the financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend. He works on process improvements and streamlining initiatives for all the facilities in North America. He has developed multiple IRR analytic tools which became the model for all in-house projects. Kenneth is the head of the worldwide SAP systems global harmonization team.
