Kenneth Kremsky currently serves as a consultant for a private equity firm, where he is involved in implementing new ERP accounting software and overseeing the A2R process for company acquisitions. Previously, he held the position of Associate Controller at Interstate Brands Corporation. Starting in 1999, he served as the Director of Cost Accounting at Nabisco Inc. until 2005. In the same year, Kenneth assumed the role of Controller at Kraft Foods Inc.

Regarding his areas of specialization, Kenneth is proficient in Financial Planning and Analysis, SAP Usage, Strategy, Forecasting, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Business Metrics and Bench-Checking, Internal Controls and Manufacturing Finance.

In his role as the Assistant Financial Controller at Nabisco Biscuit Company, Kenneth was responsible for preparing bills of materials for all products, which involved allocating fixed and indirect costs. Additionally, he formulated detailed labor standards that led to reductions in crewing and substantial cost savings.

With over two decades of experience in finance and process control, Kenneth Kremsky has consistently delivered significant cost savings for his clients, worth millions of dollars each year. In his recent role as Finance Manager, he successfully achieved an annual savings of 75 million dollars for his client.
