Ken Kremsky led numerous projects focused on cost reductions

Ken Kremsky is the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International, East Hanover NJ.

 
Starting his career from Interstate Brands Corporation, Philadelphia, Ken Kremsky completed raw and packaging material optimization analysis, thus making a saving of $1.4 million annually. He prepared the monthly and fiscal year-end and supporting reports. Ken also prepared the annual tax returns for local municipalities and facilitated payments.

In tenure of 5 years, Ken worked as the finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects, while focusing on financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend. He also developed multiple IRR analytical tools that became the model for all company projects.

Being the certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Ken Kremsky helps the organization to streamline and focus on the areas of improvement. He is highly proficient in Financial Planning and Analysis, SAP utilization, Strategy, Forecasting, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Business Metrics & Benchmarking, Internal Controls and Manufacturing Finance.

As an extensive expertise in managing the cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc, Ken Kremsky provided the financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed all the accounting personnel and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. He also participated on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.
