Thereafter, Herbert started serving as principal attorney for Tan Law Group where he handled over 500 cases ranging from Title VII, ERISA, ADA, ADEA, and state equivalents. He prosecuted and defended individuals and organizations in disciplinary matters. Besides, he steered collective bargaining sessions and negotiations for unions and employers.
