Formerly serving as a Customer Service Representative at Riverside National Bank, Heather McSparron was solely responsible to be concerned about the most value asset of a customer i.e. money. Developing great problem solving skills, she learned how to keep the customers calm when they are upset. Besides, she utilized her creative techniques to ensure that she is making enough money for her customers.

Thereafter, Heather McSparron was offered the position of Teller Supervisor. Here, she learned more about scheduling, cash ordering, and TT&L payments made quarterly by the local businesses. She just loved her job of referring customers for the home loans, business loans as well as merchant accounts. Heather then shifted to Seacoast National Bank as the Teller Supervisor in 2006. Here, she formed a successful team and the required processes that work for her.

With the willingness to start a career as a buyer, Heather McSparron worked to gain familiarity with the procurement regulations. She learned excellent internal/external customer relations and the communication skills. These include effective negotiation, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills. She is quite aware of how the things can change in the marketplace, with new products coming in the market.

Employing as a drug demand reduction administrator at Civil Air Patrol, Heather has always been well versed with the wing planning and execution of drug demand reduction program. She ensured that the drug demand strategy was being taught at all the wing encampments. She focused on providing positive activities as an alternative to drugs and gang violence. Heather possessed a good understanding of contemporary issues in the field of drug demand reduction.

Pertaining to her education credentials, Heather McSparron is currently studying at Purdue University Global where she is pursuing Bachelors in Business Management. She also attended Everest University for 2 years while working and transferred the credits to Purdue. Thereafter, she started her online courses in Iraq.
