This Press Release is written to inform the readers about Heather McSparron’s experience as drug demand reduction administrator.

Heather McSparron is an example of how life transitioned from the active duty military to the civilian life. Being a stay at home mother, she made her best efforts to teach the developmental skills to the kids. Soon she realized the real challenges of life without the discounted prices of the commissary or the medical being provided.

Thus, Heather decided to start working at a bank. She served as a Customer Service Representative at Riverside National Bank where she learned skills to work efficiently. Apart from discussing about money with the clients, she learned how to keep them calm and help them make as much money as possible with the products being offered. She was there to make sure that the assets of the clients are covered by FDIC insurance.

Apart from her extensive experience in a bank, Heather McSparron formerly served as drug demand reduction administrator. Here, she possessed a deep knowledge of the nature of substance use. She was also aware of the substance use disorders as well as the evidence based drug demand reduction interventions. Besides, she worked collaboratively with the colleagues to achieve the organizational goals and solicited the inputs by genuinely valuing the ideas and expertise of others.
