The growing passion of Heather McSparron for numbers landed her a position of customer service representative at Riverside National Bank. She made use of her creative techniques in an attempt to make the clients as much money as possible with the products being offered. Besides, it was her responsibility to ensure that all the assets of the clients are covered by FDIC insurance.

Observing her dedication towards the work, Heather McSparron was soon offered the position of a teller supervisor where she learned about scheduling, cash ordering, and TT&L payments made quarterly by the local businesses. Besides, she referred customers for the home loans, business loans as well as merchant accounts. Heather then shifted to Seacoast National Bank as the Teller Supervisor in 2006. Here, she formed a successful team and the required processes that work for her.

Her professional experience as a buyer took her to DynCorp International in Baghdad where she served from 2017 until June 2018. Here, she prepared and solicited quotes to selected brokers, OEM or FAA approved repair facilities for aircraft and non-aircraft new and repair parts. She also purchased items or services required for site or personnel operations. Besides, Heather reviewed items for local purchase, researches local suppliers for proper vetting, and additional local suppliers as needed.

Pertaining to her education credentials, Heather McSparron is currently studying at Purdue University Global where she is pursuing Bachelors in Business Management. She also attended Everest University for 2 years while working and transferred the credits to Purdue. Thereafter, she started her online courses in Iraq.

During her free time, Heather McSparron loves to do anything outdoor that includes fishing, camping, decorating house, painting and yard work. Currently, she lives in Florida, but she is planning to move back west for a daily mountain view. Besides, she is quite fond of crocheting and creating databases for work to streamline processes.
