She worked as a buyer at DynCorp International in Baghdad from 2017 until June 2018. Here, she prepared and solicited quotes to selected brokers, OEM or FAA approved repair facilities for aircraft and non-aircraft new and repair parts. She also purchased items or services required for site or personnel operations.

Heather started her career as a buyer at DRS-RSTA where she prepared and solicited quotes to the selected suppliers, analyzed the proposals, reviewed the cost/price analysis with program management, administered definitized purchase orders and monitored supplier performance.

Being an established buyer in different government procurement, Heather McSparron is well versed with the procurement regulations (FAR, DFAR, ITAR) and possesses an excellent internal/external customer relations and the communication skills. These include effective negotiation, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Apart from being a buyer, Heather McSparron possesses a great passion for numbers, thus enabling her to brag a position of customer service representative at Riverside National Bank.
